01:20:23	Sarah Watts:	We (LA) have recently been asked about HOLD by a family supporting a young lady with learning disabilities to buy her own home, but as we are already developing S/O homes, she has since gone down the standard model route after finding a property she loves and meets her needs. But with her broader needs in mind we are providing some additional support in terms of the sales process (lots of extra hand holding / financial advice / consistent point of contact). Again it is about person led and personalisation. We are hoping to use this as a case study eventually to raise awareness of this as a housing option for people with LD / Autism. At the moment we have very little evidence around the market for HOLD schemes but would love to know more about developing this. thank you

This service also supports professionals in the County that need guidance supporting an Autistic person they are working with for free.
