01:28:03	Karen Kerr:	I have worked in collaboration for supported living with the Care Providers and RSL's in a very timely manner seeking Commissioner support on the demand. Designing Head of Terms that are less risky to CP and RSL. as the developer we take the full cost of purchase and the development to allow for growth in CP and RSL. I think it is certainly something that should be explored more.
