Extra Care Housing in Cambridgeshire: Developing a Marketing Strategy

This Housing LIN Case Study no 56 has been produced in order to highlight the approach adopted in Cambridgeshire to provide some structure to the marketing of Extra Care Housing. It showcases the work undertaken by Cambridgeshire authorities to develop an Extra Care Housing Commissioning Strategy and steps being taken to improve knowledge about 'Extra Care' as a model of provision, both to facilitate consumer demand and stimulate market development.
