Law Commission - 13th Programme of Law Reform consultation now open

The Law Commission is inviting ideas for their next programme of law reform. Although not all legal reform is suitable for an independent, non-political organisation, they want to hear about problems with the law that are causing substantial unfairness, are discriminatory or disproportionately costly; and difficulties caused by laws or policies that are complex, hard to understand or out of step with modern standards.
