Striking the right balance: A social return on investment study of very sheltered housing

This report by Bield, Hanover & Trust Housing Associations, and Envoy Partnership (2013) explores the Social Return on Investment (SROI) of Housing Adaptations and Very Sheltered Housing (or extra care housing). SROI is a stakeholder-informed cost-benefit analysis that uses a broader understanding of value for money. It measured the well-being benefits, created by Very Sheltered Housing, and the financial returns and savings for the Scottish Government.
