Standards institute approves ARCO’s consumer code

The Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) consumer code has received stage 1 approval from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).

The updated ARCO code, which comes into effect today (1 May), regulates the advertising and marketing, sales and lettings, and resident relations and complaints handling of its members.
